I was browsing through my old journal a few days ago until I turned to a not-so-ordinary page. It has a letter or a prose of that kind drafted seven years earlier. I sure hope it is just timely to declare that love is in the air by getting you to read this… Happy Valentine’s Day everyone! 

"I’ve always believed in fate
And in magic that I didn’t learn too late.
It happened one quiet night
When I was waiting, then you came at my sight.

I know ‘twas a time for love;
I am thankful it was given from above.
Many thoughts were in my mind
Yet, it is you I was able to find.

Your love gives me a promise
So much great emotion like that sweet first kiss.
I hope there’s nothing to break,
Nothing to cry for, especially heartaches.

Lucky I am to have you!
I just hope we’ll come to live a life of two.
Everything’s reality--
Including you and me brought by destiny.

You remain to be my song;
If we’re together, as if there’s nothing wrong.
All is there in its right tune
Every moment, day and night, morning or noon.

In you I have happiness...
I forget my worries, troubles and sadness.
I don’t think of any end;
Let’s trust each other and always try to mend.

I will love you forever
My greatest dream is for us to be together.
I will keep you in my heart
May we always stay like this and never part.

There is a special reason
To live life with you as my inspiration.
Yes, you’re everything to me!…
You made the world a much better place to see.

Always take a lot of care;
There are more precious moments we have to share.
I would never ever leave
My eternal love only to you I give.

This poem may stop right here
But I won’t surely go, so please don’t you fear.
These are just few words I say--
