Bong is a Partner at the Rohatyn Group, a prominent funds management firm headquartered in New York. He currently serves as Independent Director of Bank of the Philippine Islands, Jollibee Foods Corporation, First Generation Holdings, Premiere Development Bank and CIMB Berhad. Previously, Bong was Co-Head of JP Morgan Chase Investment Bank (Asia Pacific) Limited. Bong has an undergraduate degree in Economics from De La Salle, Magna Cum Laude and a Masters in Economics degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
Gerry R. Ditching
Director and Managing Partner
Gerry currently heads the company’s operations. He had previous stints in Citibank and Bank of the Philippine Islands. Gerry has a
Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of the Philippines and an MBA from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.

Maribel was Vice-President of San Miguel International in Hong Kong. She is currently involved in various civic activities. Maribel has an
undergraduate degree in Economics from De La Salle, Magna Cum Laude.

Director
Peter’s other business interests are in the fields of agriculture and real estate. He has a B.S. Mechanical Engineering degree from
Mapua Institute of Technology and a Masters degree in Industrial Management from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Robert is Chairman and President of Inteltech Resources, a software solutions company. Inteltech Resources counts large local banks among
its fast growing pool of clients. Robert’s other business interests are in the fields of telecommunications, food, transportation and real
estate. Robert is a graduate of the Philippine Military Academy.
