issuing bank. Kindly verify with your issuing bank if you may use your card for online

You will be charged upon approval of the
credit card information you submit before making the purchase. Please be
informed that submitting the wrong credit card information three (3) times
will block your account in filgifts.com from further use until you inform
us via email of the reason for the errors. This is done for our customer's
security.
You will be billed in US dollars, or its equivalent in your currency according to the prevailing US dollar exchange rate
of your credit card issuing bank at the time of bank processing. Kindly note that Filgifts.com does not handle the actual conversion of your charges.
Shipping fees and gift-wrapping
charges are the only extra costs with which we may charge you. We
charge a flat fee of $1.50 or its equivalent per item you would
to have gift-wrapped. Value Added Taxes are inclusive in all quoted prices. We do
not charge any service fees nor any other state or government taxes.
Visa implemented a 1% international transaction on all foreign transactions
effective April 2005. Furthermore, Visa card companies have the discretion
to impose an additional 1 to 2% surcharge.
Mastercard does not charge said fee but may impose a similar surcharge
starting October 2005.
