Order Processing

All orders placed before 2:00 PM between Mondays to Fridays, and before 10:00 AM Saturdays, Manila time, will be PROCESSED on the same day. Gifts destined for major Philippine cities will be delivered within two working days, unless otherwise stated in the product description. Items ordered after these cut-off times will be processed the next working day. Processing and delivery of all items received on Sundays and non-working holidays will be attended to the next working day.

Product Lead Times

Kindly read the full product description of each item by clicking on its picture or its name for details on product lead times. However, please allow at least 7 working days before preferred date of delivery for large appliances bound for provincial destinations.

For News and Magazine gift subscriptions, please allow 2-3 weeks before delivery of the first issue for subscription within Metro Manila, and 4-6 weeks for provincial destinations. Complete delivery of all magazines is GUARANTEED.

We currently deliver only within the Philippines. Check our Shipping Areas for a listing of our serviceable areas.

The following cities are included in Metro Manila:

Quezon City San Juan Taguig Valenzuela

Cities that are not part of Metro Manila are considered provincial destinations. To limit your search to items available for provincial destinations, select "Provincial" on the left navigation bar. You may then click on any product type under Categories to show only the items available for nationwide delivery.

We do NOT have Sunday deliveries, except for lechons and Farm Fresh Roses delivered within Metro Manila.

Flowers bound for provincial areas are available for delivery only between Tuesdays to Saturdays. Kindly check the Farm Fresh Roses Delivery Areas and Schedules for delivery to select destinations outside Metro Manila.

All other flowers for Metro Manila delivery are available from Mondays to Saturdays only. Orders for weekend floral deliveries must be placed before 2:00 PM, Friday, Philippine time.

Our regular delivery hours are from 10 AM to 5 PM from Monday to Friday, and 10 AM to 3 PM on Saturday. Requests for specific delivery times are accommodated on a best efforts basis only.

Shipping Information

We have chosen two of the most reliable couriers in the Philippines to deliver your gifts - Air21 and LBC. Our system will automatically determine which of these two couriers will deliver your gifts based on price and coverage area.

Delicate and perishable items are delivered by the Filgifts delivery team within Metro Manila.
