I want to call you. What are your office hours?

  You may call our customer service number (+632 815 1775) from Monday to Friday between 9 AM to 5 PM (Philippine time), and between 9 AM to 12 PM on Saturdays. While you may continue to place your orders online, our office is not open on Sundays and public holidays.

Do you have a 1-800/toll-free number in the US?

  We regret that we do not have a toll-free number in the US at present.

What's the difference between phones that are Open Line and with Globe/Smart prepaid SIM?

  The Smart and Globe units are ready for use with a prepaid SIM pack, but both phones are limited to that specific mobile phone network. Open line mobile phones, on the other hand, do not come with a SIM pack but may be used with any local carrier prepaid SIM (Globe, Smart, Touch Mobile, Talk and Text and Sun Cellular). Your recipient may transfer his/her existing SIM, regardless of network, to an open line phone.

Do you offer virtual delivery for prepaid call cards?

  Prepaid call cards are sent physically to your recipient/s for security reasons.
