ORDERING AND SENDING


How do I order and send a gift?

Let's suppose you're sending a gift to your mom. You may follow these simple steps:
  1. Select a product type under Categories on the left navigation bar and browse through our different products.
  2. You may also click on the featured items from the homepage and start from there!
  3. Click the "BUY" or  ADD TO MY SHOPPING BAG  button beside the gift item you have chosen. Log on or register if you have not done so yet. Afterward, you will be brought to your shopping bag with the item you have chosen.

  4. Click the "Add" button under the "Recipient" column and fill in information about your mother. This information will be stored in your address book for future use.
  5. You may also go directly to your address book to add recipients at any time you choose.
  6. If you wish to have the item giftwrapped, click "YES"under the "Giftwrap?" column. Please note that if the item cannot be giftwrapped, the "n/a" entry appears on the "Giftwrap?" column. Click the "Continue to Checkout" button
  7. .
  8. Enter your message to your mother, choose the gift wrap color and enter any special instructions you may want us to fulfill, such as preferred delivery date, and click "Save and Continue."

  9. You will then see your purchase totals and confirmation of your recipient's shipping information.
  10. If there are no more changes, go ahead to the "Continue to Credit Card Validation."
  11. You will be brought to the Credit Card Validation page. Enter your credit card details and click "Continue". Wait for 15-30 seconds for your card details to be validated by our payment gateway, Equitable Cards Network.*
    *In the event it takes longer than 1 minute MAX for credit card validation, please email: customerservice@filgifts.com.

  12. If your transaction is successful, you will then see your transaction summary. Click on "DONE"

How do I know you received my order?

Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email containing the following: your invoice number, product/s you ordered, date of purchase, recipient's names and addresses, your gift card message, preferred delivery date, as well as your special instructions.

May I send a gift outside Metro Manila?

Yes, you may. We deliver throughout the Philippines via LBC or Aboitiz Express. To limit your search to items available for provincial destinations, select "Provincial" on the "Shop By" menu on the left navigation bar. You may then click on any product type under "Categories" to show only the items available for nationwide delivery.

Gifts will normally be delivered within one or two days upon ordering for Metro Manila and key cities; and three to five days for remote provincial sites. Delivery of large appliances may take at least seven working days. Gift beneficiaries residing in very remote provincial areas not covered by our couriers’ service areas will be requested to pick up their gifts from the nearest Aboitiz or LBC office.

May I send a gift outside the Philippines?

We regret we currently only ship within the Philippines due to product distribution agreements and prohibitive costs of international deliveries.

May I send the same gift to multiple recipients?

From your basket, click the link on the "Description" column, and you will be brought to the item's detail page. Click "Add to My Shopping Bag" again, and repeat the process. When you've completed your order, proceed to checkout.

May I send different gifts to different people per order?

Certainly! To make things easier, you may want to do the following steps:
  1. Add all your recipients in your address book.
  2. Add all the gifts that you wish to order in your shopping bag. Just click on the "Continue Shopping" button when you place items in your shopping bag until you've added all the gifts you want.
  3. Select a recipient for each of the items in your shopping bag.
  4. After this, you may then click on the 'Continue to Checkout' button. Each recipient will have an order form where you may indicate your gift card message, preferred delivery date and special instructions.
  5. Click 'Save and Continue' and continue to payment options. The system will automatically generate separate delivery receipts for each recipient and their respective gifts, under one invoice.

May I send several gifts to a single address?

Absolutely! We will send the presents to the recipient/s in separate boxes to allow you to give several gifts to several people in the same household. However, you may also give a number of gifts delivered to the same person. We will still package them in separate boxes to preserve the quality of the product, most especially for fragile merchandise.

If I am from the Philippines, may I also use your services and order at filgifts.com?

You most certainly may! We encourage you to use filgifts.com often and spare yourself the traffic, pollution, parking and checkout woes!!! Simply click on the right gifts and leave the rest to us!

How do I return an item?

  Returning an item is simple. Just email us the following information: the defect of the item purchased, date of purchase and invoice number. For more information please check our Returns Policy.
