How will you wrap my gifts?

  If you select the giftwrapping option, we will wrap your present in our unique and attractive gift-wrappers, topped with an elegant matching ribbon and a lively gift tag containing your message. Click here to see samples of giftwrapped presents.

How can I confirm if my order is on its way?

  You will receive confirmation emails three times:
  1. upon ordering, containing your invoice number, product/s you ordered, date of purchase, recipient's names and addresses, your gift card message, preferred delivery date, as well as your special instructions.

  2. upon shipment of the package/s.

  3. upon receipt of advice from our suppliers and couriers, LBC and Air21, that your package has arrived to your recipient's doorstep.

How will you ship my gifts?

  We have engaged the services of two of the country's most reliable courier companies, LBC and Air21, to handle the shipping of our merchandise. These couriers have different rate computation schemes based on volumetric weight, declared value and location of the recipient. We also have our own couriers to facilitate our Metro Manila deliveries.

So, in keeping with our commitment to provide you with reliable, fast and cost-efficient service, we will check the shipping computation rate based on the item and the location of the gift recipient, and assign the delivery of your gift to the courier company that offers the lowest shipping cost.

Where can you ship my gifts?

  Our courier service can deliver to most places around the Philippines. Should your recipientís location be outside the serviceable area, there will be an arranged pick-up point for the recipient. For more shipping information, please refer to our delivery page.

How much do I have to pay for shipping?

  Our delivery charges depend on the value, size and weight of each item and its destination. Some items are priced inclusive of shipping charges, such as flowers and food gift baskets. Shipping and handling charges range from $1.50 for small, low value items such as toys and upwards for large, high value items such as electronics.

You may view each item's shipping charge in the product's full description by clicking on either the product's name or image. Rest assured that we will always give you the most reliable and lowest-priced shipping option.

How long will my present get to my recipient?

  This depends on the location of the recipient. Items for Metro Manila delivery will be sent within 1-2 days. Gifts bound for other areas and key cities may be delivered within 5 days. However, large appliances may take at least seven working days.

May I request delivery on a certain date and time?

  Requests for specific dates and times are accommodated on a best efforts basis. Upon checking out your order, you may indicate your preferred delivery date by choosing the date from the popup calendar when you select Specify Date. Please note specific product lead times to ensure that your gift will be available on the date you prefer. This means that you can place your order ahead of time and we will deliver it on your preferred delivery date!

Kindly note, however, that only underlined dates are available for delivery. We do not deliver on Sundays (except for some special occasions) and local public holidays. Regular delivery hours are from 10am-5pm from Monday to Saturday. We regret we cannot commit to specific delivery times for provincial deliveries as delivery times outside Metro Manila would depend largely on our courier's local branch routing schedule.

When will my order be shipped?

Once your credit card information is approved, the recipient address is verified, and the item wrapped and ready for shipping, your order will be turned-over to our couriers and will be on its way to your recipient's doorstep.
