I was trying to pay but the validation is taking too long, or I saw a message that the page cannot be displayed. What happened?

  You may have encountered a temporary network congestion problem with our payment gateway provider's system. If you would like to retry your transaction, kindly exit your current browser and open a new one (preferably MS Explorer version 5 or higher) after a couple of minutes. Click on "shopping bag" and proceed to checkout.

Why doesn't my friend's address appear in the recipient's address column during my transaction?

  This happens because the item you chose to order may not be delivered in the address of your recipient. For instance, if you chose an item that can only be delivered within Metro Manila, but your recipient is in Davao, your friend's address will not appear in the recipient's column.

To limit your search to items available for provincial destinations, select "Provincial" on the "Destination" drop-down menu under "SEARCH TOOLS" on the left navigation bar. You may then click on "Accessories" or any other "Product Type" to show only the accessories available for nationwide delivery.

Why does my shopping basket say there are "No Valid Recipients" when I'm trying to order?

  There may be two reasons for this:
  1. You have not yet entered any recipients in your address book. Click on the Add button in your shopping bag to add an entry in your address book, or go directly to your address book to enter a new record.
  2. The item you want to order is only available for delivery within Metro Manila and all your recipients' address/es are provincial. See the question above.

I forgot my password. How can I retrieve it?

  Click on the SIGN IN link at the homepage. Enter the email address that you used for your Filgifts.com account then click on the Forgot Your Password? button. Your password will be sent to that e-mail address shortly.

Why can't I click on the date I prefer when I check out?

  You may be trying to choose a date that is unavailable for delivery. Only underlined dates in the popup calendar are available for delivery. We do not have deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. These holidays will be announced in the front page and in the preferred delivery date section for your guidance.
